Regaining full state independence by Poland at the end of the 1980s and political system transformation processes influenced the change of attitude of Polish emigration and Polish Diaspora to the homeland. We may as well observe conversion of organizational structures and forms of sustaining national values among Polish emigrant and immigrant populations.
